About us

“Pro-Auditor” Spółka z o.o. has been operating on the auditing services market since September 1998.

We were established on the basis of three entities authorized to audit financial statements. In 2005, our company merged with another entity authorized to audit financial statements – the “DIK” Sp. z o. o. based in Krakow.

We are an audit firm established by the resolution of the National Council of Statutory Auditors of October 12, 1998.

The company is registered in the District Court for Kraków – Śródmieście in Krakow, 11th Commercial Department of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000133560.
